Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order before the shipment without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is before its shipment. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled or if there is a possibility of cancellation, the customer has to bear the shipping cost.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later after the order is shipped from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Replacement Policy
At AjaySuper Submersible Pumps, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products.
If your pump is damaged within one year of purchase due to manufacturing defects or operational issues, we will replace it free of charge.
Conditions for Replacement:
The pump must have been used under the recommended conditions and guidelines provided in the user manual.
Damage caused by improper usage, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will not be covered.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided at the time of the replacement request.
How to Claim a Replacement:

Share the details of the issue along with photos or videos of the damaged pump.
Our team will assess the issue and confirm if it qualifies for a replacement.
Upon approval, we will ship a replacement pump to your registered address.

Returning Damaged Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the damaged goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
